Homebrew Sake

I'm back, guest bloggin' in the heezy. Today's bloggage will tell you how to make homebrewed sake. Interestingly, Sake is fermented as the starch in the rice is broken down by a mold called Koji which is also used to make Miso and Shoyu. Beer, on the other hand, is fermented after all the starches have been converted to sugar.
